Your testimonial really spoke to me because I think most women understand that they really aren't in the best shape that they could be. I admire you because you had the moxie to do something about it. And how! There was one time in my whole life, when I was about 30 years old, when I was truly fit. This was only because I had fallen madly in love with a man who drove me to it. The realtionship was not successful, (that's an understatement!), but I looked amazing. Now I would like to look that great, but on my own terms! I recently lost 26 lbs but I am 63 years old and my skin has lost a lot of elasticity. I find that I have a lot of skin! Sandra thinks that we can get rid of some of it. I'm going to do the best that I can to make this happen. You have really given me the inspiration. Thank you!
