Coconut flax and hemp heart cereal!
1/cup coconut milk,or soya, almond
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
2 tbsp Hemp hearts
1/4 cup un sweetened coconut
1/4 raw walnuts
Ground cinnamon to taste
1/4 blue berries
Combine Coconut milk,ground flax seeds,hemp hearts, coconut flakes, walnuts in a microwave for 1 minute. Serve with cinnamon and a few blue berries..
