- 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 TSP coconut palm sugar
- 1 pound of fresh Spinach
- 1 pint blueberries
- 5 oz goat feta cheese
- 4 oz walnuts
Mix vinegar,coconut palm sugar,oil mustard together in a jar and shake.
Mix the remaining ingredients together pour on dressing and serve.
