"I am 37 years old and have been working out ( mostly aerobics and running) for 15 years now and have included weight training in my workout for about the last 8 years. I have a slim build that really does not build muscle easily at least that is what I thought after trying for the past 8 years! " There are not too many things in this world that make you feel as good as feeling fit. I don't believe that the outside is all that matters, but it certainly has a huge impact on the inside - the way one carries themselves, the confidence they give off, and the extra energy they have to enjoy life. These are all things that I have seen increase in myself in the last 3 months since I started Personal Training with Sandra. Personal Training with Sandra has been such an amazing experience for me. I always thought that I knew my way around the gym and that I knew how to workout, but I never had results. Sandra educated me that there is more to "working out" than just lifting weights. It is a whole body process, emphasizing on core strength and stability, cardio workouts, nutrition, and consistency. Working out should be a lifestyle not a moment in time.
